Pete's At the Beach is located in the same plaza as Ralph's, Niko Niko, and Longs Drugs. I've seen it for a while, but never actually went inside. We couldn't think of any other spot to eat at, so we finally decided on this place. They have two separate rooms-- one is mainly for dining, and the other room (which we ate in) has a bunch of TVs and a bar. I don't know if this place gets crowded, but it would be a big waste of space and TVs cuz the place is surprisingly big.

It was around morning time when we went, so I had to get me some huevos rancheros. I wasn't feeling it at all. It was one of the not-so-good huevos rancheros I've tried. My girlfriend makes these the best, so maybe I should stop ordering it!

Not-So-Good Huevos Rancheros

My girl ordered some crab dish with poached eggs or eggs benedict on top. The menu said "lobster" but our waitress told us it's crab-- so don't be fooled. This dish was good, but like many meals that are tasty-- my one complaint was that it was just too small.

Overall, Pete's was okay for a first impression. The prices are a little pricier than Denny's, Carrow's, and such. But I think it's also a little better. I'll go here again if I can't think of any other place to eat.
